For shipping and delivery

Peledivais will make every effort to ship products as quickly as possible, but delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as disaster, accident. Peledivais does not take any responsibility even if damages occur to the customer by the delay of delivery.

The delivery charge will be added to the sales price. Shipment of excessive weight or size may require additional fee/charge. Peledivais will notify the customer in advance if this condition exists.

The customer that placed an order must pay costs incurred by return due to incorrect delivery destination designated by the customer or absence of recipient.

Peledivais will not provide either specification documents, packing specifications or a warranty certificate.

It is not possible for customers to reject the receipt of the ordered products.

About returns

Customers cannot cancel their order, change products or change quantities after the order has been confirmed.

By any chance, there is deficiency in quantity with the items, wrong merchandise received or apparent defects (rust, corruption, etc.) on products delivered from Peledivais and customers have informed Peledivais of the above facts within 15 days of the date of deliver, Peledivais will deliver a shortage of products, accept a return or exchange the products. Note that Peledivais only accepts the above return or exchange of products whose state is unused. Peledivais will advise the customer on how to send the product and provide the delivery address. Although Peledivais is responsible for the shipping charge, Peledivais will not pay shipping charge if the product is not sent by the method Peledivais designates.

In case of delivered products are procured from the suppliers other than manufacturers or franchised distributors, the remedy applicable to the customer will be limited to the Quality assurance of the product section in Terms of Service.
